Meet Our Staff

John is a fifth generation Annapolitan with deep roots in the boating community. Following his father’s footsteps, John Martin became an avid sailor, racing and cruising throughout the world. After college, John brought his passion for sailing into yacht insurance where he began by creating programs for various cruising groups, charter and racing fleets. He loves the challenge of developing creative solutions for both people and business needing to find an answer outside of the box. His promise is to make insurance personal and instills this value and many others in each member of our staff.

Bringing years of experience, wisdom, and leadership to the team, Sherry Ann has been laying the foundation since her first day here in the office. She has contributed much of her time and energy to establish a personal, yet professional environment that breeds trust and confidence for both our clients and the agents themselves. She has set a standard for the way we operate here, and upholds that standard day in and day out.

Cheryl brings a unique skill to the team that keeps our business up and running. Cheryl’s hard work behind the scenes allows our agents to focus all of their time and energy into helping their clients.

In keeping with family tradition, Po has dedicated her life to the water, be it working for a business buying and selling boats, co-owning a yacht documentation service, or cruising the world on a catamaran for nine years with her husband, John, and their two daughters. Po’s ambition is to use her many years of experience to help her clients realize their dream, and is confident in her knowledge to protect that dream.

Jaime has unmatched knowledge of Business Insurance, and is the go-to here in the office for information and questions regarding commercial coverage. Her years of past experience in the industry paired with her sincere understanding and willingness to advise her clients highlights Jaime as a stand-out in the Business Insurance field.
